At All Suffolk Undercoating and Mobile Mechanic we believe in the importance of protecting your vehicle from the damaging effects of the environment. In particular here on Long Island that means salt/brine spread on our roads during the winter months. This salt/brine increases the speed at which the metal of your vehicle will oxidizes and corrode. Or more plainly it greatly speeds up the rate at which your vehicle will rust.  To stop current rust and prevent any future rust we use a product known as WoolWax Undercoating.  WoolWax Undercoating is a lanolin based corrosion inhibitor developed solely to protect the undercarriages of automobiles and trucks. Lanolin is a unique organic substance derived from the wool grease coating on raw sheep wool. It is an all natural, incredibility effective substance that acts as a moisture barrier and lubricant.  WoolWax will provide long term protection with annual applications against salt, liquid calcium chloride, brine, and all other ice control agents that are being used by municipal departments.  WoolWax does not dry. It remains soft and pliable and continues to be active, migrating into all the inaccessible areas. This is superior to rubberized or asphalt based undercoating products. These actually can trap moisture overtime which leads to rusting.

A spray-in bedliner helps protect against these. Also they look great. Refresh your older truck's look or maintain your newer truck.
